Medical disclaimer
The App is not a medical device or medical service. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All calorie / macro calculations, AI recommendations and weight forecasts are informational only.
Before changing your diet or training routine, or if you have any chronic condition, consult a doctor or a registered dietitian.
In an emergency (severe pain, fainting, allergic reaction, etc.) — call emergency services right away. Do not ask the AI coach.
AI features
- Photo meal recognition gives estimates for calories and macros. Accuracy depends on the angle, lighting and AI model. Real values can differ by ±30%.
- AI coach advice is based on general nutrition and sports knowledge. It does not account for your medical history.
- The weight forecast is a math model (1 kg of fat ≈ 7,700 kcal, Mifflin–St Jeor equation). Real-world results depend on many factors (genetics, hormones, sleep, stress).
FitBuddy Pro subscription
- The Pro subscription auto-renews 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage and cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store rules.
- The free trial period (when offered) automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Limitation of liability
The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the App, including but not limited to: deterioration of health, failure to reach weight goals, calculation errors, or data loss when uninstalling the App.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation (the developer’s country). Disputes about the App on the App Store are also governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
